Acceptance
By visiting or using Domain Wars, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
The service
Domain Wars is a deterministic public territory game. The board calculates and shows the price and expected visible outcome of a move before checkout. A completed move changes one board tile and may create a public capture record. Domain Wars may pause, change, or discontinue any part of the service, including a season, without promising that the board will always be available.
Purchases and sponsorship
A purchase is a one-time community sponsorship and experimental advertising placement for one specified move. The target tile, exact amount, resulting owner, and resulting stake are shown before payment; a fortify move charges only the displayed increase. Rank impact is a projection from the locked board snapshot because other completed moves may change the live ranking. A purchase does not transfer domain ownership, create an account, establish an endorsement, give a project control of the board, or promise a payout, wager, cash prize, or material prize. Listed projects receive no payment or revenue share.
Payment and refunds
Payments are completed through a hosted payment provider. A return from checkout does not itself complete a move; Domain Wars fulfills a move only after it verifies the provider payment event and confirms that the locked reservation remains safe to apply. Completed valid board changes are ordinarily non-refundable because they are applied immediately. If a payment is captured but a move cannot be fulfilled safely because of a duplicate, mismatch, stale reservation, service failure, or similar technical problem, the board is not changed and the payment is queued for support and refund review. Destinations and moderation
You may submit a public website address for board display only when doing so is lawful and does not facilitate abuse. You must not submit malware, phishing, credential theft, illegal goods, hateful or harassing content, unsafe redirects, or content that violates another person's rights. Domain Wars may reject, hide, neutralize, or remove a destination or its metadata, and may preserve the related financial and capture records for safety, accounting, or dispute handling.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or payment controls, manipulate board state, probe protected systems, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated traffic to distort rankings or visit totals. You are responsible for the links and information you submit.
Ownership
Domain Wars owns or licenses its software, name, visual design, and service content. You keep rights to material you submit. By submitting a website address or public metadata, you allow Domain Wars to fetch, cache, transform, and display that information as needed to operate the board and share capture records. Third-party destinations and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. Domain Wars does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy or availability of a third-party destination, or a particular amount of traffic, ranking, visibility, or business result. To the extent permitted by law, Domain Wars is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or a third-party destination.
